1. Scope of These Terms

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless stated otherwise; applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case you will receive a full refund.

  • Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Right to Cancel

  • You may also cancel or change your order prior to shipment by contacting us at support@fairfaxvariety.com.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Product Warranties

Products sold through this Site are covered by any applicable manufacturer's warranty and by warranties implied under U.S. federal and state law, including the implied warranty of merchantability where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty rights you have under applicable state consumer protection law (for example, California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act for California residents).
